Terms:

1. Ten per cent (10 %) of the purchase price bid in cash on the day of the sale.

2. The balance of the purchase price together with interest thereon payable against registration of transfer, to be secured

 date of sale.

3. Auctioneer's charges, on the conclusion of the sale, to be calculated as follows: Six per centum (6 %) (minimum of
