In pursuance of a judgment of the above Honourable Court granted on 7 September 2009, and a writ of execution against
 immovable property dated 13 October 2009, the following property will be sold in execution, by public auction, without reserve,
to the highest bidder on Thursday, the 19th August 2010 at 10h00, at the Sheriff's Office, 77 Komani Street, Queenstown:

Erf 6529, Queenstown, in the area of the Lukhanji Municipality and Division of Queenstown, Province of the Eastern Cape,
 in extent 590 square metres, and situated at 16 Dunbar Place, Queenstown, held under Deed of Transfer No. T71566/2008.

The conditions of sale will be read prior to the sale and may be inspected at the office of the Sheriff, Eastern Cape Division
 of the High Court, 77 Komani Street, Queenstown.
