2. The following improvements are reported to be on the property but nothing is guaranteed: Sectional Title Unit in complex
comprising of 4 x bedrooms, en-suite, dining-room, lounge, kitchen, guest toilet, family bathroom/toilet with hand basin.

3. Payment: Ten per centum of the purchase price on the day of the sale and the balance together with interest at the
current rate calculated on the Plaintiff's claim from the date of sale to the date of transferr against registration of transfer of the
 property into the name of the purchaser, which payment shall be secured by an approved bank or buildinng society guarantee
within fourteen (14) days of the date of sale.
