1.2 Authorising the Registrar of Deeds, Cape Town, to register the above-mentioned Notarial Contract.

1.3 Ordering that the granting of the relief sought by means of this application, and the registration of the above-mentioned
 notarial contract will be without prejudice to the rights of creditors of the applicants' joint estate as they were prior to the date
 upon which the notarial contract is registered by the Registrar of Deeds, Cape Town.

1.4 Granting the Applicants such further and/or alternative relief as this Honorouble Court may deem appropriate.

2. Copies of the above-mentioned application, which includes a draft of the notarial contract to be entered into between the
 parties in the event that the above-mentioned application is granted, are available for inspection by persons interested in the
 matter at the offices of the Registrar of the above-mentioned Honourable Court, at 2 Bird Street, Central, Port Elizabeth and at
