                       •COMPULSORY SPECIFICATIONS ACT, 2008

(e) examine a book, notice, record, list or other document referred to in paragraph
          (d) and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom or request that they be
          made, if it relates to an article referred to in section 17(l)f<zj or (b);
     (f) require from a person in charge of any records referred to in sectionn(l)(c)
          an explanation of any record or entry therein,' and seize such record if it may5
          afford evidence of any offence in terms of this Act;
     (g) require any person who is the owner or in control of the premises referred to
          in section 17(1) to appear at a time and place fixed by the inspector, and
          question that person with regard to any matter which the inspector is
