NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE eMALAHLENI LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2010, IN
           TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986

I, Karl Wilhelm Rost of Townscape Planning Solutions, being the authorised agent of the owner of proposed Portion 4 of
Erf 4588, Ackerville Township, Registration Division J.S., Province Mpumalanga, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1)
(b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the eMalahleni Local Municipality for the
amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the eMalahleni Land Use Management Scheme, 2010, by the rezoning of

the erf described above, situated via Magebo Malaza Avenue from “Park” to "Community Facility" for the purpose of a clinic.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection
