                         NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT Or TOWNS-HIP
                                                 [REGULATION 21]
The Thaba Chweu Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 69(6)(a,i óf the To’ /.: Planning Jno Townships
 Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that an application to establish the township refened to in the armexure hereto,
 has been received by it.
 Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Town Planner, Room 33,
 Department Technical & Engineering Services, Civic Centre, Thaba Chweu Municipality. 1 Central Street. Lydenburg, for
 a period of 28 days from 1 June 2012.
 Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Town Pianner
at the above address or at P.O. Box 61, Lydenburg 1120 within a period of 28 days
