APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME

It is hereby notified in terms of section 57 (1) of the Town-planning and Township Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986),
that the Mamusa Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Schweizer Reneke Town-planning Scheme, 2000, by
the rezoning of Remaining Extent of Erf 1, Schweizer Reneke from "Residential 1" to "Business 1".

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Municipal Manager, Mamusa Local
 Municipality, Municipal Offices, Schweizer Reneke and the Acting Manager, North West Provincial Administration, Department
 of Local Government and
