section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance 1986, that I have applied to the Rustenburg Local

Municipality, for the amendment of the Town-planning scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005,

by the rezoning of the property described abvoe, situated at 176 and 178A President Mbeki Drive, Rustenburg from “Special”
