CONSTRUCTION OF MALUTI FET COLLEGE—HARRISMITH CAMPUS (PHASE ONE)

Bids are hereby invited from Construction Companies that are registered with CIDB with contractor grading 6GB PE to 7GB
and who satisfy further criteria stated in the Tender Data. Bid documents will be available from Tuesday, 12 June 2012 during
working hours (09:00-12:30) and may be collected from Maluti FET College—Central Office, Mampoi Street, Phuthaditjhaba.

A non-refundable bid deposit of R500 payable in cash or bank-guaranteed cheque issued in favour of Maluti FET College
is required on collection of bid documentation.

Closing time for receipt of completed bids is 10:00 on Friday, 29 June 2012. All documents must be in a sealed envelope
marked with Bid No. and deposited in the Bid Box—Maluti FET College, Central Office, Mampoi Street, Phuthaditjhaba.

Telegraphic, telphone, facsimile, telexed, emailed and late bids will not be considered. Maluti FET College reserves all its
rights including the right not to award to the lowest bidder or any bidder.
