                                                  CORRECTION NOTICE

A.  The City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality herewith gives notice that Local
                            Authority Notice 1990 of 2016 dated 9 December 2016, in respect of Erf 52, Portion 1
                            of Erf 53, the Remainder of Erf 53 and Portion 1 of Erf 54 Ferndale, has been
                            amended as follows:

1.     THE ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS NOTICES:

By the substitution of the expression “Erf 52, Portion 1 of Erf 53, the Remainder of Erf
                            53 and Erf 54 Ferndale Extension 3” with the expression “Erf 52, Portion 1 of Erf 53,
                            the Remainder of Erf 53 and Portion 1 of Erf 54 Ferndale”, subject to certain
                            conditions as indicated in the approved application, which Amendment Scheme will
                            be known as Amendment Scheme 2293.

B.  Die Stad van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit gee hiermee kennis dat
                            Plaaslike Bestuurskennisgewing  1990  van 2016  gedateer  9 Desember  2016,  ten
                            opsigte van Erf 52, Gedeelte 1 of Erf 53, die Restant van Erf 53 en Gedeelte1 van Erf
                            54 Ferndale, soos volg gewysig is:

1.     DIE AFRIKAANSE EN ENGELSE KENNISGEWING:

Deur die vervanging van die uitdrukking “Erf 52, Gedeelte 1 van Erf 53, die Restant
                            van Erf 53 en Erf 54 Ferndale Uitbreiding 3” met die uitdrukking “Erf 52, Gedeelte 1
                            van Erf 53, die Restant van Erf 53 en Gedeelte 1 van Erf 54 Ferndale”, onderworpe
                            aan sekere voorwaardes soos aangedui in die goedgekeurde aansoek, welke
                            wysiging bekend sal staan as Wysigingskema  2293.
