The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of rule 35(5)(b)(ii) of the “Rules for the conduct
                of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal” as published in Government Gazette No. 22025
                of 01 February 2001, that on 21 December 2016 it approved without conditions the merger
                between Firefly Investments 326 Proprietary Limited and Bayport Financial Services 2010
                Proprietary Limited.
