NOTICE OF THE FIRST SITTING OF THE NORTH WEST PROVINCIAL LEGISLATURE FOR
               THE SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE NORTH WEST PROVINCE

By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 110(1) and 111(2)            and
               128(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act (Act 108 of          1996),
               I MASHANGU MONICA LEEUW, the Judge President of the High Court of                   South
               Africa, North West Division, have determined the First Sitting for the Sixth North
               West Provincial Legislature as follows :

The First Sitting of the Provincial Legislature, at which the Premier of the North
               West Province, Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Provincial Legislature will
               be elected, shall take place on 22nd May 2019.
