AMENDMENT OF DEFINITION OF AREA OF THE DEEDS REGISTRY AT
                                                      MTHATHA

I,  Gugile  Nkwinti,  Minister  of  Rural  Development  and  Land  Reform,  under
                   section  1(1)(a)(iii)  of  the  Deeds  Registries  Act,  1937  (Act  No.  47  of  1937),
                   hereby  amend,  with  effect  from  the  date  of  publication  of  this  notice,  the
                   definition  of  the  area  of  the  deeds  registry  at  Mthatha,  as  set  out  in
                   Government  Notice  No.  1045,  published  in  Government  Gazette  No.  32680
                   dated  4  November  2009,  by  including  thereto  the  area  of  the  Matatiele  Local
                   Municipality  as  depicted  in  Map  No.  1  of  Schedule  1  to  Notice  1998  of  2005,
                   published in Government  Gazette  No.  28189 dated 31 October 2005.

Ek, Gugile Nkwinti, Minister van Landelike Ontwikkeling en Grondhervorming,
                    kragtens artikel 1(1)(a)(iii) van die Registrasie van Aktes Wet, 1937 (Wet No.
                    47 van 1937), wysig hierby, met ingang van die datum van publikasie van
                    hierdie kennisgewing, die gebiedsomskrywing van die registrasiekantoor te
                    Mthatha,    soos    uiteengesit  in   Goewermentskennisgewing        No.    1045,
                    gepubliseer in Staatskoerant No. 32680 van 4 November 2009, deur die
                    insluiting van die gebied van die Matatiele Plaaslike Munisipaliteit soos
                    aangedui in Kaart No.      1 van Bylae   1 by Kennisgewing 1998 van 2005,
                    gepubliseer in Staatskoerant No. 28189 van 31 Oktober 2005.
