                    TERMS  OF  SECTION    27(2)   OF THE  DISASTER  MANAGEMENT ACT,      2002   (ACT
                    NO.  57  OF   2002):  MEASURES  TO  ADDRESS,  PREVENT  AND  COMBAT  THE
                    SPREAD  OF  COVID-19 AND  MEASURES  FOR THE  PROTECTION  AND SAFETY
                    OF  PERSONS

I,  Samson  Gwede  Mantashe   ,  Minister of  Mineral  Resources  and   Energy  hereby,
                    under   regulation  10(8)   of  the   Regulations   issued  in  terms  of  section   27(2)   of  the
                    Disaster  Management  Act,  2002   (Act   No.  57  of  2002),   and   published   in  Government
                    Gazette  43107,  Government  Notice  No.  318  of  18  March  2020,   issue  directions  to
                    address,  prevent   and  combat  the   spread   of COVID-19  and  to  alleviate,  contain  and
                    miniTise  the effects  of the national  state of disaster  and for the  protection   and  safety
                    of  per`  ons,  as set o   in th  =   Schedule   hereto.
