EXTENSION OF LOCAL STATE OF DISASTER DECLARATION

DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT NO. 57 OF 2002

The Kouga Local Municipality hereby, in terms of Section 55(5)(c) of the Disaster
                   Management Act No. 57 of 2002, due to the prevailing drought conditions extend
                   the Declaration of Local State of Disaster as published in the Provincial Gazette No.
                   4170 of 14 January 2019 for a further month.
