NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE NALEDI TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2004 IN TERMS OF SECTION 17 OF THE LAND USE PLANNING ORDINANCE, 1985 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1985: AMENDMENT SCHEME 19/2016) I, Keitumetse Nthoane, being the registered owner of Erf 317, Vryburg hereby give notice in terms of Section 17 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, 1985, that I have applied to the Naledi Local Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Naledi Town Planning Scheme, 2004 by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 145 McKenzie Street, Vryburg from Residential 1 to Residential 3.
