APPOINTMENT OF THE MEMBERS OF INTERIM BOARD MEMBERS OF
                        UNIVERSAL SERVICE AND ACCESS AGENCY OF SOUTH AFRICA

By virtue of powers vested in me by section 80 (2) of the Electronic Communications Act,
               2005 (Act No.  36 of  2005)  (ECA), as amended, I, Mr. Solly Malatsi,  the Minister of
               Communications and Digital Technologies, hereby give notice of the appointment of the
               persons mentioned hereunder as non-executive members on the Interim Board of the
               Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa. The appointment is with immediate
               effect for 18 months, until 9 March 2026, or until the dissolution of USAASA.

a) Mr. Mpho Nicodimus Sadiki;
               b) Mr Mandla Martin Mnisi; and
               c) Ms. Palesa Beatrice Makobe.

Furthermore, I have appointed Mr. Mnisi as Chairperson of the Interim Board effective
               immediately for 18 months, until 9 March 2026, or until the dissolution of USAASA.
