                     APPOINTMENT OF AN AUTHORISED DEALER IN FOREIGN EXCHANGE

The South African Reserve Bank has in terms of the power delegated to it by the
                 Minister  of   Finance    approved    with  immediate    effect,  the   amendment     of
                 paragraph 3(a) of Government Notice No. R.1112 of 1 December 1961, by the
                 addition to the list of Authorised Dealers, for the purpose of the Exchange Control
                 Regulations, published under Government Notice No. RA111 of 1 December 1 961, of
                 the following:
