APPROVED AMENDMENTS TO THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE (JSE)
                                                   EXCHANGE RULES:
                                 BOND ELECTRONIC TRADING PLATFORM (ETP) RULES

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) hereby gives notice under section

71(3)(c)(ii) of the Financial Markets Act, 19 of 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012) that the
                   amendments to the JSE Exchange Rules: Bond Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) Rules
                   have been approved. Please be advised that the rules have been published on the official
                   website of FSCA (www.fsca.co.za) and the website of the JSE (vrww,ise.co.z6).

The amendments come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.
