MIDVAAL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

THE REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 1895 HENLEY ON KLIP TOWNSHIP
               Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 6 (8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996
               that the MIDVAAL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY approved the application in terms of Section 3 (1) of
               the said Act, for the removal of Conditions A (a) to A(g) in the Deed of Transfer T6798/2007
               pertaining to the Remaining Extent of Erf 1895 Henley on Klip Township. Furthermore, notice is
               hereby given in terms of Section 57 (1) (a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
               (Ordinance 15 of 1986) read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act,
               Act 16 of 2013, that the Randvaal Town Planning Scheme, 1994  has been amended by the
               rezoning of The Remaining Extent of Erf 1895 Henley on Klip Township from ‘’Residential 1’’ with

               a density of one dwelling per 1 000m  to “Business 2’’ with an annexure for a restaurant and tea
               garden  only,  limited  to  50  patrons,  which  amendment  scheme  will  be  known  as  Randvaal
               Amendment Scheme WS241.

DIE RESTANDE VAN ERF 1895 HENLEY ON KLIP DORPSGEBIED

Kennis  geskied  hiermee,  ingevolge  Artikel  6  (8)  van  die  Gauteng  Wet  op  Opheffing  van
              Beperkings, 1996, dat die Midvaal Plaaslike Munisipaliteit die aansoek goedgekeur het in terme
              van Artikel 3(1) van die genoemde Wet dat; Voorwaardes A (a) na A (g) vervat in die Titelakte
              T6798/2007 tot die Restande va Erf 1895 Henley on Klip Dorpsgebied. Kennis geskied hiermee
              dat aansoek om wysiging van die Dorpsbeplanningskema ingevolge artikel 57 (1) (a) van die
              Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986) saamgelees met
              die  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use  Management  Act,  Act  16  of  2013  die  Randvaal
              Dorpsbeplanningskema 1994, gewysig word deur die hersonering van die Restande van Erf 1895

              Henley on Klip Dorpsgebied vanaf ''Residensieel 1'' met 'n digtheid van een woning per 1 000m
              na "Besigheid 2'' 'n bylae vir slegs 'n restaurant en teetuin, beperk tot 50 gaste, wysigingskema
              bekend sal staan as Randvaal Wysigingskema WS241.
