PROVINCIAL NOTICE 993 OF 2017

9-1 District: Krugersdorp
               APPLICATION  BY  CIVIL  CONCEPTS  FOR  THE  AMENDMENT  OF  THE  PRELIMINARY
               DESIGN  OF  PROVINCIAL  ROAD  P126-1  BETWEEN  ROADS  P16-1  AND  P39-1.
               DISTRICT: KRUGERSDORP

It  is  hereby  notified  for  general  information  that  Civil  Concepts  has  lodged  a  written
               application in terms of section 8(9) of the Gauteng Transport Infrastructure Act, 2001 (Act
               No.  8  of  2001)  for  the  amendment  of  the  preliminary  design  of  provincial  road  P126-1
               between P16-1 and P39-1.

The proposed amendment of the preliminary design in question is contained in Report No.
               1256A  and  indicated  on  plans  PRS  86/82/12Bp  which  are  available  for  inspection  by  any
               interested person at the Plan Room of the Department of Roads and Transport, First Floor,
               South  Tower,  Sage  Life  Building,  41  Simmonds  Street,  Johannesburg,  for  any  written
               comments or objections to be submitted to the Head : Department of Roads and Transport,
               Private Bag X83, Marshalltown 2107 (Fax (011) 355 7235) within 30 (thirty) days after the
               date of this notice.
