                AMALGAMATION OF  BESTMED  MEDICAL SCHEMES  AND  GRINTEK ELECTRONICS
                MEDICAL AID SCHEME (GEMAS)

Notice  is hereby given  of  the proposed  transfer  of  Grintek Electronics Medical Aid  Scheme  (GEMAS)
                members to Bestmed Medical Scheme from 01 July 2020.

The exposition document of the proposed transaction between the two schemes shall lie open from 26
                March 2020 to 22 May 2020 at the following offices:

1.  The Office of the Registrar of Medical Schemes, Council for Medical Schemes (CMS), Block A,
                       Eco Glades 2 Office Park, 420 Witch - Hazel Avenue, Eco Park, Centurion, 0157

2.  Bestmed Medical Scheme, Block A, Glenfield Office Park, 361 Oberon Ave, Faerie Glen, Pretoria,
                       0081

3.  GEMAS, Universal House, 15 Tambach Road, Sunninghill, Sandton, 2128.
