NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAMES RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF HERALDIC

REPRESENTATIONS

The  Bureau  of Heraldry hereby gives  notice of the change of names  relating to the following  heraldic
                representations which have been registered under the Heraldry Act,  1962 (Act No.  18 of 1962)

APPLICANT:  Chartered  Institute of Government Finance, Audit & Risk Officers (H4/3/1/2985)

Since  the  name  of  the  Institute  of  Municipal  Treasurers  and  Accountants,  whose  arms  were
                registered  under  Government  Notice  No.  1858  of  16  September  1988,  has  been  changed  to
                Chartered  Institute  of Government  Finance,  Audit  &  Risk  Officers,  an  appropriate  entry will  be
                made in the register.

APPLICANT: Anglican Church of Southern Africa -  Diocese of Matlosane (H4/3/1/3319)

Since the name of the  Diocese of Klerksdorp,  Church of the  Province of Southern Africa, whose
                arms were  registered  under Government Notice  No.  2518  of 17  November  1989,  has  been  changed

to Anglican Church of Southern Africa -  Diocese of Matlosane,  an appropriate entry will  be made
                in the register and a new certificate will be issued.
