SECOND SPORT BROADCASTING SERVICES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 2021

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA” or “the Authority”)
              hereby publishes the Second Sport Broadcasting Services Amendment Regulations, 2021,

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA” or “the Authority”)
              in accordance with the provisions of section 4(3)(j) of the Independent Communications
              Authority of South Africa Act No. 13 of 2000 (“ICASA Act”), as amended and section 4(7)
                hereby publishes the Second Sport Broadcasting Services Amendment Regulations, 2021,
              of the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 (“the ECA”), as amended.
                in accordance with the provisions of section 4(3)(j) of the Independent Communications
                Authority of South Africa Act No. 13 of 2000 (“ICASA Act”), as amended and section 4(7)

A copy of these Regulations will be made available on the  Authority’s website at
                of the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 (“the ECA”), as amended.
