NOTICE OF APPLICATION RECEIVED FOR RELOCATION OF PRIMARY BETTING BUSINESS TO
                                                    OTHER PREMISES

In terms of sections 4 (1) (b) and 4 (3), read with section 4 (4) of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act,
            2000 (Act No.3 of 2000) as amended, notice is hereby given of application in terms of Sections 44 (1) read
            with section 120 (1) of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No.8 of 2010) for relocation of
            the below mentioned primary betting business, the full particulars of applicants are set out in the table below:

            open for public inspection at the offices of the Board at either of the addresses mentioned below for the period
            from 15 November 2018 to 02 January 2019.
