PROVINCIAL NOTICE 44 OF 2020
          1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Regulations, 2012, that the results of various live lottery games and
                  DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TOURISM AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS:

KWAZULU-NATAL

DETERMINATION,  IN  TERMS  OF  REGULATION  171  OF  THE  KWAZULU-NATAL  GAMING  AND
              BETTING  REGULATIONS,  2012,  THAT  THE  RESULTS  OF  VARIOUS  LIVE  LOTTERY  GAMES  AND
              VIRTUAL GAME/SPORTS ARE AN "OTHER EVENT OR CONTINGENCY" UPON WHICH BETS MAY
              BE STRUCK IN KWAZULU-NATAL

In  terms  of  Regulation  171  of  the  KwaZulu-Natal  Gaming  and  Betting  Regulations,  2012,  I  hereby
              determine  -

(a)    VIRTUAL RACES - RACE EVENTS BASED ON PERVIOUS RECORDINGS
                 (i)                   Horse Racing - 6 horses, completed after 1 lap;
                 (ii)                 Dog Racing - 6 dogs, completed after 1 lap;
                 (iii)                Bikes Racing - 6 drivers, completed after 1 lap;
                 (iv)               Speedway Racing, drift races with 4 drives, completed after 4 laps; and
                 (v)                 Karts Racing,  8 drivers, completed after 1 lap.

(b)    VIRTURAL SPORTS - WITH REALISTIC COMPUTER GENERATED GRAPHICS

(i)      Football - single match;
                 (ii)     Football Cup - 16 teams face each other in single elimination on cup, four stages in the
                 competition;
                 (iii)   Football League, multiple league format for all the existing major leagues;
                 (iv)     Football World Cup - competition format with a group phase of 32 teams and a knockout phase of
                  16 teams (round of sixteen, quarter finals, semi finals and final);
                 (v)  Tournament - competition format divided in two phases: a group of 32 teams (8 groups of 4 teams)
                 with two legs per match and a knockout phase if 16 teams (round of sixteen, quarter finals, semi finals
                 and final) each match is played in two legs, except the final; and
                 (vi)  Real Fighting - MMA-Bases, real video ac on featuring 16 professional fighters in five round
                 combats.
