RECOGNITION  OF  LINDOKUHLE  PRINCE  NGCOBO  AS  INKOSI  OF  THE  HLOMENDLINI
                TRADITIONAL COMMUNITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 19(2)(a)
                OF THE KWAZULU-NATAL TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE ACT, 2005

I, T W Mchunu, in my capacity as Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, acting in terms of section 19(2)(a), read
                with section 19(1)(a)(iii) of the KwaZulu-Natal Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, 2005 (Act
                No. 5 of 2005), hereby recognise Lindokuhle Prince Ngcobo as iNkosi for the Hlomendlini Traditional
                Community in the iLembe District, with effect from 6 June 2018.
