RECOGNITION	OF	AMAKHOSI	AS	CONTEMPLATED	IN	SECTION	19(2)(a)	OF	THE	KWAZULU-NATAL
                 TRADITIONAL	LEADERSHIP	AND	GOVERNANCE	ACT,	2005

I,	T	W	Mchunu,	in	my	capacity	as	Premier	of	KwaZulu-Natal,	acting	in	terms	of	section	19(2)(a),	read
                 with	section	19(1)(a)(iii)	of	the	KwaZulu-Natal	Traditional	Leadership	and	Governance	Act,	2005	(Act
                 No.	5	of	2005),	in	Schedule	1	hereto,	hereby	recognise	amaKhosi	contemplated	in	the	First	Column,
                 for	the	Communities	contemplated	in	the	Second	Column,	in	the	districts	contemplated	in	the	Third
                 Column,	and	with	effect	from	the	date	contemplated	in	the	Fourth	Column	of	the	said	Schedule
