RECOGNITION OF GCINIZABA PHOMPHAYO MCINEKA AS IBAMBABUKHOSI
                  FOR  THE  XIMBA  TRADITIONAL  COMMUNITY  AS  CONTEMPLATED  IN
                  SECTIONS  19(2)(a)  OF  THE  KWAZULU-NATAL  TRADITIONAL  LEADERSHIP
                  AND GOVERNANCE ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. 5 OF 2005)

I, S Zikalala, acting in my capacity as Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, and in terms of the
                  powers vested in me by section 19(2)(a) of the KwaZulu-Natal Traditional Leadership
                  and  Governance  Act,  2005  (Act  No.  5  of  2005),  hereby  recognise  Gcinizaba
                  Phomphayo Mcineka as iBambabukhosi of the Ximba Traditional Community in the
                  Zululand District, with effect from 11 September 2019.
