                DEPARTMENT  OF  COOPERATIVE  GOVERNANCE  AND  TRADITIONAL
                AFFAIRS

RECOGNITION OF NONTOMBI CHOICE ZULU AS IBAMBABUKHOSI FOR THE
                AMANTESHA TRADITIONAL COMMUNITY AS CONTEMPLATED IN SECTIONS
                19(2)(a)  OF  THE  KWAZULU-NATAL  TRADITIONAL  LEADERSHIP  AND
                GOVERNANCE ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. 5 OF 2005)

I, S Zikalala, acting in my capacity as Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, and in terms of the
                powers vested in me by section 19(2)(a) of the KwaZulu-Natal Traditional Leadership
                and Governance Act, 2005 (Act No. 5 of 2005), hereby recognise Nontombi Choice
                Zulu as iBambabukhosi of the Amantesha Traditional Community in the District of
                uThukela, with effect from 24 June 2020;  Provided that such recognition must be
                reviewed every three years from the date of recognition as contemplated I section
                30(2) of the said Act.
