               DEPARTMENT  OF  COOPERATIVE  GOVERNANCE  AND  TRADITIONAL
               AFFAIRS

RECOGNITION OF STUART MAKHOSANDILE NGCOBO AS IBAMBABUKHOSI
               FOR      THE     QINISELANI-MANYUSWA             TRADITIONAL         COMMUNITY         AS
               CONTEMPLATED  IN  SECTIONS  30(6)  READ  WITH  SECTION  19(2)(a)  OF  THE
               KWAZULU-NATAL TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE ACT, 2005
               (ACT NO. 5 OF 2005)

I, S Zikalala, acting in my capacity as Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, and in terms of the
               powers  vested  in me  by  section  30(6) read with  section  19(2)(a)  of  the  KwaZulu-
               Natal Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, 2005 (Act No. 5 of 2005), hereby
               recognise  Stuart  Makhosandile  Ngcobo  as  iBambabukhosi  of  the  Qiniselani-
               MaNyuswa Traditional Community in the Ugu District, pending the outcome of the
               investigation  into  the paternity  of  Nkosiphendule  Ngcobo  with  effect  from  24  June
               2020.
