NATIONAL BARGAINING COUNCIL FOR THE ELECTRICAL                    INDUSTRY
                     OF SOUTH AFRICA: EXTENSION OF PERIOD OF                OPERATION OF THE
                                         MAIN COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

I, IAN ANTHONY MACUN, Director: Collective Bargaining,        hereby, in terms of
                   section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,  extend the periods fixed

in Government Notices Nos. R. 730 of 14         September 2012, R. 79 of 08
                   February 2013, R. 485 of 12 July 2013, R. 47 of 31     January 2014 and R. 173

of 14 March 2014 to be effective from 1 February        2017 and for the period
                   ending 1 August 2017.
