              Kennis geskied hiermee dat ek, Dries de Ridder Stads-en Streeksbeplanner, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar
              van Erf 17 Ellisras Dorpsgebied, ingevolge Artikel 54(1) en Artikel 55(2) van die Lephalale Munisipale Ruimtelike Beplanning
              en Grondgebruikbestuur Verordening, 2017, aansoek gedoen het vir die wysiging van die Lephalale Grondgebruikskema, 2017,
              deur die hersonering van die bogenoemde eiendom,  geleë te Hermanstraat 9, Ellisras van Residensieel 1, een wooneenheid
              per  erf  na  Besigheid  1 en die opheffing  van  beperkende  voorwaardes  B.(h),  (j)  en  (k)  in  die  Akte  van  Transport
              T4960/2021. Besonderhede aangaande hierdie aansoek lê ter insae gedurende normale kantoorure by die kantoor van die
              Uitvoerende Bestuurder, Direktoraat Ontwikkeling Beplanning, Lephalale Burgersentrum, h/v Joe Slovo en Douwaterstraat,
              Onverwacht, vir ‘n periode van 30 dae vanaf 8 April 2022. Besware teen of voorleggings ten opsigte van die aansoek moet

              Notice is hereby given that I, Dries de Ridder Town and Regional Planner, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 17
                Ellisras Township, in terms of Section 54(1) and Section 55(2) of the Lephalale Municipal Spatial Planning and Land
               Use Management By-Law, 2017 have applied for the amendment of the Lephalale Land Use Scheme, 2017, by the rezoning
                 of the property described above, situated at 9 Herman Street, Ellisras from Residential 1, one dwelling unit per erf to
               Business 1 and the removal of restrictive condition B.(h), (j) and (k) of Title Deed T4960/2021.  Particulars relating to
                 the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Manager, Development
