LEPHALALE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY: NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 55(1) OF LEPHALALE SPATIAL PLANNING
                    AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAWS, 2017, FOR THE REMOVAL, AMENDMENT OR SUSPENSION OF
                                               RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS IN TITLE
                It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of section 55(1) of the Lephalale Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
                By-Laws, 2017, that the Lephalale Municipality has approved and adopted the land development application for the removal of
                Conditions B.(a), (b) and (c) contained in Title Deed  T58853/2014, with reference to  Erf  1864 Ellisras Extension 16
                Township. This removal will come into effect on the date of publication of this notice.
