NOTICE IN TERMS OF ACT 3 OF 2013 OF THE LIMPOPO GAMBLING BOARD

APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF TOTALISATOR BRANCH LICENSE TO OTHER
                                                       PREMISES

Notice is hereby given that 4 Racing (Pty) Ltd intends to submit an application to
               Limpopo Gambling Board to transfer the Thohoyandou TAB Branch licence to other
               premises as follows: From
                   ?  Shop 10, Ground Floor, ERF 72, Corner Main Boulevard & Mphefu Street,
                      Thohoyandou
                          To
                   ?  Shop No Ext 1, Selamolela Place (Ex Topbet Building), Portion 5 of ERF 26,
                      Thohoyandou BA, Thulamela

The purpose of this application is to obtain the licence transfer to Selamolela Place and
               appoint Betting World (Pty) Ltd to operate a Totalisator Agency in the Thohoyandou
               area.

The application will be available for public inspection at the offices of the Limpopo
               Gambling Board at No 08 Hans Van Rensburg Street, Polokwane, Limpopo Province,
               0700; from date 12 May 2022.

Attention is drawn to the provisions of Section 26(6) of the Limpopo Gambling Act 3 of
               2013, which makes provision for the lodging of written representations and objections in
               respect of the application.

Such objections should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Limpopo Gambling
               Board, No 8 Hans Van Rensburg Street, Polokwane or Private Bag X 9520, Polokwane,
               0700 within 30 days from 12 May 2022.
