PROVINSIALE KOERANT, BUITENGEWOON, 17 DESEMBER 2020 No. 4494 3 PROVINCIAL NOTICE 230 OF 2020 COMMENCEMENT OF THE REPEAL OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAWS ACT, 2020 (ACT NO. 1 OF 2020) (EASTERN CAPE) I, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane, Premier of the Province of the Eastern Cape, acting in terms of section 2 of the Repeal of Local Government Laws Act, 2020 (Act No. 1 of 2020) (Eastern Cape) hereby determine that the Act shall come into operation on the date of publication hereof.
