PUBLIC NOTICE: CALL FOR INSPECTION OF THE SECOND SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION ROLL
              FOR THE YEAR 2022

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) read in conjunction with Section 78(2) of
              the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act,2004(Act 6 of 2004),hereinafter referred
              to as the “Act”, that the Second Supplementary Valuation Roll is open for public inspection.

The Second Supplementary Valuation Roll can be inspected at the venue below from 22 March 2022
              to 9   May 2022, from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 am and 16h00 pm.

Any owner of property or other person, who so desires, may lodge an objection with the Municipal
              Manager at Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality in respect of any matter reflected in, or omitted
              from the Second Supplementary Valuation Roll within the above-mentioned period.

The Supplementary Valuation Rolls will be available for inspection at:

?  Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality Offices(cnr.of President and Coetzee Streets,Zeerust)
                  ?  www.ramotshere.gov.za

Objection forms will accompany the Second Supplementary Valuation Roll at the above-mentioned
              venue.

All objections may be submitted to: Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality for attention of the
              Municipal Manager, corner of President and Coetzee streets, Zeerust, 2865 or P.O.Box 92,
              Zeerust 2865.
