                      NOTICE OF PROPERTY RATES PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR
                                              1 JULY 2019 TO 30 JUNE 2020

Notice is herewith given in terms of Section 14(2) of the Local Government:  Municipal Property Rates
               Act, 2004 (Act 6 of 2004), read with section 21A of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act,
               2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the following property rates will be levied by resolution of the Council dated

                   •   Municipal Properties:  0.00 in the Rand
                   •   Private Road:  R0.008 in the Rand
                   •   Public road – Municipality:  0.00 in the Rand
                   •   Public Service Infrastructure:  R0.003 in the Rand
                   •   State owned Property:  R0.0219 in the Rand
                   •   Mining:  R0.02 in the Rand
