VARIATION  NOTICE  OF  MARULENG  LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY  SPATIAL  PLANNING  AND

LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY LAW , 2016

Maruleng Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By Law was
                published in Government Gazette No. 2738 dated 12 August 2016 and amendments in

Government  Gazette  No.  3196  dated  10  September  2021.  Notice  is  hereby  given  in
                terms  of  Section  156  of  the  Constitution  of  the  Republic  of  South  Africa,  1996  (Act

No.108 of 1996) read together with section 11 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal
                Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) for variation of the abovementioned by law as follows:

The table of content is hereby aligned with page numbering and sectional numbering.

Any  person  or  body  who  wishes  to  obtain  or  access  copies  of  the  aligned  Maruleng
