                  applied to the Madibeng Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also known as rezoning of
                  of Clause 86(2) of  Madibeng Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016 that we have
                  the property described above, situated South of De Boer Street in Brits, from “Special Residential” to
