                            NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE LAND USE SCHEME
            We, Geo Projects, authorised agents of the owner of erf 48, Warmbaths Township, Bela Bela hereby give notice in terms
            of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No 15 of 1986) read together
            with the SPLUMA 2013 act and by-laws, that we have applied to the Bela Bela Municipality for the amendment  of the
            Town  Planning  Scheme,  known  as  the  Bela  Bela  Land  Use  Scheme,  2008,  by  the  amendment  of  the  zoning  of  the
            property  from  Residential  1  to  Special  for  purposes  of  consulting  rooms,  offices  and  ancillary  uses  as  describe  in
            annexure 203. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal
