           I, Theo Kotze, as the agent of the owner of the property mentioned below, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Makhado Municipality, in terms
           of the Makhado Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-law (2016), for the following: i) MAKHADO AMENDMENT
           SCHEME 373: Rezoning of Erf 2393 Louis Trichardt Extension 4 (61 Third Street) from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3” and simultaneous application
           for written consent for the relaxation of the permitted density to 65 units per hectare. The purpose of the application is for the establishment of flats (4 in
           total). Owner: M.I. & J.L. Nakedar. Particulars of the applications will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director, Municipal
           Secretariat, 1st floor, Civic centre, 83 Krogh street, Louis Trichardt, for a period of 30 days from 29 May 2020. Any objections/representations must be
           lodged with or made in writing, or verbally if unable to write, to the Municipal Manager, at the above-mentioned address or posted to Private Bag
           X2596, Louis Trichardt, 0920 on or before the closing date for the submission of objections/representations, quoting the above mentioned application
           description and/or amendment scheme number, the objector’s interest in the matter, the ground(s) of the objection/representation, the objector’s erf

           Munisipaliteit, in terme van die Makhado Ruimtelikebeplanning, Grondontwikkeling en Grondgebruikbestuur By-wet (2016), vir die volgende: i)
           MAKHADO WYSIGINGSKEMA  373:  Hersonering van Erf 2393 Louis Trichardt Uitbreiding 4 (Derdestraat 61) vanaf  “Residensieel 1“ na “Residensieel
           3” asook gelyktydige aansoek vir geskrewe toestemming vir die verslapping van die toegelate digtheid na 65 eenhede per hektaar. Die doel met die
           aansoek is vir die oprig van woonstelle (4 in totaal). Eienaar: M.I. & J.L. Nakedar. Besonderhede van voormelde aansoeke lê ter insae gedurende
           gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur, Munisipale sekretariaat, 1 ste vloer, Burgersentrum, 83 Kroghstraat, Louis Trichardt, vir 'n tydperk
           van 30 dae vanaf 29 Mei 2020. Enige beswaar/vertoë moet hetsy skriftelik of mondelings (indien u nie kan skryf nie), by of tot die Munisipale
           Bestuurder voor die sluitingsdatum vir die indiening van sodanige besware/vertoë by bovermelde adres of by Privaatsak X2596, Louis Trichardt, 0920
