          516    National Nuclear Regulator Act (47/1999): Notice of terms of section 28 of the Act, on fees for Nuclear Authorisations      43734
               NATIONAL NUCLEAR REGULATOR ACT, 1999 (ACT NO 47 OF 1999)

Notice in terms of section 28 of the National Nuclear Regulator Act, 1999 (Act No 47
              of 1999), on fees for Nuclear Authorisations.

I  Mr. Gwede Mantashe, Minister of Minerals and Energy acting under section 28 of the
              National Nuclear Regulator Act, 1999 (Act No. 47 of 1999), on the recommendation of the

NNR Board and in consultation with the Minister of Finance and by notice in the
              Government Gazette hereby determine the fees contained in the attached schedule
              payable to the Regulator in respect of-

(a)    any application for the granting of a nuclear authorisation;

(b)    an annual nuclear authorisation fee for the financial year (2020-21)

The fees shall be payable to the National Nuclear Regulator of South Africa, for the period
             of 01 April 2020 to, 1 March 2021 by the licensed holders concerned.
