NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 66 OF THE MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL
                                  PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2018
               Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 45(2) of the Mogale City Local Municipality Spatial Planning and
               Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that we, the undersigned, applied to the Mogale Local Municipality for
               the removal of restrictive conditions of title contained in Deed of Transfer No. T8084/2019.
               SITE DESCRIPTION:   Remainder of Erf 165
               TOWNSHIP:            Chamdor Extension 1
               STREET ADDRESS:      36 Fransen Street, Chamdor Ext 1
               APPLICATION TYPE:   Removal of Restrictive Conditions in terms of Section 66 of the Mogale City Local
               Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, read with Section 5 of the Removal
               of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act No. 3 of 1996).
               APPLICATION PURPOSES: The purpose of this application is to remove Conditions 1.(a) – (i) and (m) from
               Deed of Transfer No.T8084/2019 applicable to the Remainder of Erf 165, Chamdor Extension 1. The removal
               of the aforementioned conditions will allow for the optimal development and utilisation of the subject property.
               Particulars of the application is open for inspection from 26 June 2024 during normal office hours at the office
               of the Municipal Manager, First Floor, Furniture City Building, Corner of Human Street and Monument Street,
               Krugersdorp. Any objection and/or comments, including the grounds for such objections and/or comments
               with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting
               the objections and/or comments, shall be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at PO Box

NOTICE OF APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 38, OF THE MIDVAAL SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
              BY-LAWS, 2017 FOR THE AMENDMENT OF MIDVAAL SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE SCHEME, 2024 (REZONING).

We, MM Town Planning Services, being the authorized agent of the owner of ERF 179 HIGHBURY TOWNSHIP, hereby give notice in
              terms of section 38 of the Midvaal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Laws, 2017, That we have applied to the MIDVAAL
              LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, for the Rezoning of ERF 179 HIGHBURY TOWNSHIP from “Business 1” to “Business 1” for the purposes of a
              filling station. Any objections or comments with the grounds thereof and contact details shall be lodged within a period of 28 days from the
              first date on which the notice appeared, with or made in writing to the Municipality at c/o TOWN PLANNING, at the Civic Centre Building,
