MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                             NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBDIVISION IN TERMS OF SECTION 60
                                            OF MOGALE CITY SPATIAL PLANNING
                                         AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2018

I, Cassie Pelser Property Consultant, being the applicant hereby give notice in terms of Section 60 of
                    the Mogale City Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018 that I have applied to
                    Mogale City Local Municipality for the subdivision of the property mentioned below.

The intention of the applicant is to subdivide Portion 23 Driefontein 179 IQ into two portions.

Any  objection/s  or  comment/s,  including  the  ground/s  of  such  objection/s  or  comment/s  with  full
                    contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting
                    the  objection/s  or  comment/s,  shall  be  lodged  with  or  made  in  writing  to  The  Director,  Land  Use
                    Management from 22 May 2024 until 19 June 2024.

Full  particulars  of  the  application  and  plans  may  be  inspected  during  normal  office  hours  at  the
                    Municipal office as set out below for a period of 28 days from the date of the first publication of the
                    advertisement in the Gauteng Provincial Gazette and The Star on 22 May 2024
