                                   ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Notice is given in terms of the regulations published in Government Notice No. R. 326 OF 7 April 2017
             under  Section  44  of  the  National  Environmental  Management  Act  (ACT  No.  107  of  1998)  of  the
             submission of an application for the basic assessment of the following activity to the Limpopo Department
             of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism: The construction and operation of a filling station
             with  a  combined  total tank  capacity  of  200m²  and related  structures  and  infrastructure  on  the  property
             situated  on  the  south  eastern  corner  of  the  R37  and  R579  routes,  also  known  as  Stand  909  Mogodi
             Village, Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality, Limpopo Province.

Nature of activity:
             The development and related operation of facilities or infrastructure for the storage, or for the storage and
             handling,  of  a  dangerous  good,  where  such  storage  occurs  in  containers  with  a  combined  capacity  of
             80m³ or more but not exceeding 500m³ (Listing Notice 1, Activity Number 14 of the 2014 EIA Regulations
             as amended).
