NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT Gauteng PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
                               FRAMEWORK (GPEMF) STANDARDS AND EXCLUSION OF ACTIVITIES

I, Boma Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention to
                   adopt the Gauteng Provincial Environmental Management Framework (GPEMF) standards and to
                   exclude activities from the requirement to obtain environmental authorisation, in terms of sections
                   24(2)(d) and 24(10)(a) read with section 24(10)(d) of the National Environmental Management Act,
                   1998, as set out in the Schedule hereto.

Interested and affected parties are invited to submit, within 30 days of the publication of this notice in
                   the Gazette, written representations or objections to this notice to the following address:
