                                                NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
                                                  AUTORISATION MAVUTANI 87 (Pty) Ltd
                                                     NEAS REF NO: 12/1/9/E-V855
                                  PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE MATI A XITANGENI WATER AND ENTERTAINMENT PARK, MAKHADO.
                       Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 24 (4 (v)) of the National Environmental Management Act, Act No. 107 of 1998 (NEMA) on behalf of
                       Mavutani 87 (Pty) Ltd, for the following proposed activities:
                       Description of Activities: Mati A Xitangeni would like to present an opportunity to the people of Vhembe District, and surrounding areas to access
                       entertainment, quad biking, zip line, swimming pools, team building and swimming lessons facilities that is within their reach. Other services that will
                       be rendered include private garden for people who would like to take pictures for wedding celebrations, birthday parties and other memorable
                       events.
                       Location: The site is collectively situated on Portion 18 of the farm Klipfontein LT situated in Ward 31 of Makhado Local Municipality. The proposed
                       development is located, south of the R524 and east of the small town Louis Trichardt, alongside an unpaved road within a residential setting of
                       Makhado on stand number 35 Mahamu village, coordinates 23°06’20” S; 30°12’38” E.
                       In order to obtain Environmental Approval, a Basic Assessment (BA) process will need to be followed.  In this regard Env-SS (Pty) Ltd has been
                       appointed as independent environmental practitioners to carry out the BA Process.
                                                NOTICE OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS
                       The Draft Basic Assessment Report (BAR) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) are available for public review for a period of 30 days 5 May –

                       Party and attending the public meeting where stakeholders will get a chance to engage on the proposed development. The public meeting will be
