NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT: AIR QUALITY ACT, 2004
                                                  (ACT NO. 39 OF 2004)

DECLARATION OF A SMALL BOILER AS A CONTROLLED EMITTER AND
                                      ESTABLISHMENT OF EMISSION STANDARDS

I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby declare a
                small boiler as a controlled emitter in terms of section 23(1) of the National Environmental
                Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, and hereby also establish emission standards for the
                small boiler in terms of section 24 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality

Act, 2004 set out in the Schedule hereto.
